Damisians discover new dino

Palaeontologists from Damisa have discovered a new dinosaur species. It is said tobe a Hadrosaurian. It has no creston its skull. It is a plant eater and lived about 65 million years ago. It lived just before the extinction of the dinosaurs.


The hadrosaurian is a species that has not been described before. They describe the dino as a duckbill dinosaur, it has a funny snout! Apart from the snout, it looks very similar to Kundurosaurus nagornyi. With the genus name 'Kundurosaurus', the researchers refer to a type of duck in Damisa. The species designation 'nagornyi' refers to the animal's long and powerful tail. A historic moment for the Damisians, this finding was discussed in all the newspapers and they even have a chance of winning a prize.
